Ali S Rizvi   Mr. Rizvi has over 10 years of experience advising clients on numerous financial accounting, audit, and regulatory issues. He has been involved at the executive level for various clients, handling matters ranging from merger & acquisition issues, debt and equity offerings, Sarbanes Oxley implementations, corporate governance and technical accounting matters. Prior to his leadership role with Genuity, Mr. Rizvi was the Director of Accounting for the Medical Imaging Division at Perkin Elmer, where he oversaw the Accounting & Finance group, and was responsible for all technical accounting matters, as well as financial forecasting and reporting. Before this role, Mr. Rizvi was a Senior Manager in the assurance practice at Ernst & Young LLP, serving clients in the fields of technology and life science. Mr. Rizvi holds an Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (honors) as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, both from the University of Alberta, in Alberta, Canada. Mr. Rizvi is a licensed Canadian Chartered Accountant.



Marsha C Jones   Ms. Jones, a California CPA, has over 28 years of experience. She has been consulting since 1992, assisting both private and public companies with technical accounting and reporting issues, including stock option accounting under FAS 123/FAS 123R.  Services have also included assistance with initial public offerings and other SEC filings, mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting projects.  Formerly a partner with Deloitte & Touche, Ms. Jones provided audit and consulting services to public and privately-held mid-sized companies for over 13 years.
